Editing a note after it's been saved

If you are the original author of the note, you can edit its description after it has been saved. If you are not the original author of a note, you can edit the Category and Assign to fields. The Student field cannot be edited after the note has been created.

Tracking the status of a note

If you assign a note to a staff member, that note will receive a status. The status of an assigned note can be To Do, In Progress or Done.

Anyone who reads a note can update the status after the note has been saved.

Replying to a note using comments

If you want to update a note, provide additional context, or tag another staff member without editing the original note, leave a comment.

Comments can be up to 1,000 characters long. You can @ mention staff members in comments just like you can in the description of a note. When you @ mention staff members in comments, they will receive an email notification.
