How to generate and print student progress reports?

We currently have multiple PDF reports available in the Portal that reflect academic, attendance and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) data. You can generate an individual student's report from their Student Profile or generate a batch of reports for multiple students from a Student List or the Data Grid by using the batch actions button.

To generate a single student report

  • From the left side navigation click Student Profile

  • Within a Student Profile, click Generate report near the top of the page

  • Choose the Report Type and select Generate

  • Your report will be generated and is formatted to be printed on a single, double-sided sheet of paper

To generate multiple reports from a Student List or Data Grid

  • From the left side navigation click Data Grid

  • Utilize the Batch Actions feature located on the right side toolbar to select a group of students

  • Identify specific students by selecting the box next to their names and clicking Generate report

  • Choose the Report Type and select Generate

  • Your report will be generated as a single PDF and is formatted to create a single, double-sided sheet of paper for each student
