According to the June 2023 Earth Science Conversion Chart two scores are needed to determine a student's final score: the student’s Total Performance Test Score and the student's Total Written Test Score.

The student's Total Written Test Score is calculated by the Portal based on the 85 questions captured on the New Visions mock bubble sheets.

However, since the Total Performance Test Score is not tested on the mock exam, the Portal awards all students a perfect score (16 of 16) points on that section of the exam.

Earth Science pass rates are likely inflated as a result. Please keep this in mind as you review your data.
