On Thursday afternoon, March 14th, 2024, we will be releasing an update to our Data Grid that may impact user's existing Data Grid bookmarks. These updates are designed to improve to reliability of grid views and bookmarks moving forward.
Please ensure your Data Grid bookmarks are saved as custom grid views by 3pm on Thursday, March 14th, and delete the old bookmarks. You can access your custom grid views directly in the Portal!
How to save a custom grid view
Open your bookmark
Click the Save As New View button in the top right
Give your view a name and click Save

From the Data Grid, click the view dropdown; then select My Custom Views
From the Homepage, click My Grid Views in top left
