How can I view marking period data in the Portal?
Marking period data is pulled from the student information system on a daily basis and displayed within the Portal. Only official marking period data is visible. Marking period data can be analyzed in multiple ways:
From the Academic Student List
Select Academic from the Left-side Navigation and then click Student List
Adjust the first dropdown to specify which marking period you would like to analyze
The second and third drop downs can be manipulated to view data for various subgroups
From the Data Grid
Navigate to the Data Grid from the Left-side Navigation
Choose the Academics template view
Select or unselect any columns you want to add or remove from the grid through the edit columns feature
Click Apply to explore your custom data view
Share a link to your custom grid with other staff members who have access to the Portal
