How can I identify which of my students have an 80+ GPA?

(please note this may be different for districts on a 4.0 scale vs 0-100)

Achieving a grade point average of 80 or higher is a predictive indicator of postsecondary enrollment and persistence. To that end, the Portal makes it easy to identify students who are hitting this benchmark, as well as to see which students would benefit from interventions in an attempt to boost their academic performance. There are multiple ways to view students grouped by GPA:

From the Home Page

  • Select the Academic tile indicating GPA 80+ for the entire student body

  • Filters can be applied above the graph to focus on subgroups within the school

  • Select a group from the table below the graph to generate a list of corresponding students

From the Academic left side navigation

  • Selecting Dashboard from the Academic left-side navigation allows you to view a graph outlining student GPA

  • Drop downs at the top allow you to filter to view various subgroups
