Academic List

  1. Navigate to the Academic List from the main left sidenav. Use the 1st drop down to select MP(number) course summary, the 2nd drop down to select the students you want to view, and the 3rd drop down to group students by Count not passing.

  2. Hover over a number to identify the course titles

    Questions to consider:

    What do you notice about course marks across the different subject areas?

    When reviewing students' current year to date attendance, do you notice students who are struggling academically with attendance barriers?

  3. Continue to use the second dropdown to explore additional ways to view student groups to identify trends

  4. Click on a student's name to dive deeper into their current program. expand the Current Program panel within the Student Profile to review course marks.

Here are some examples of subgroups to explore, but feel free to explore any subgroup that you choose!

  • Current Seniors

  • SWD or MLL

  • Black Students
