Supports List

  • On the left side nav, click Supports.

  • From the Supports List view, click on the first dropdown to select Aperture Support Types, and use the second dropdown to choose the school year you want to focus on.

  • All of the school's current Aperture supports will be displayed in the columns below the dropdowns. Clicking any listed supports will bring the user to the Student List view, where the students' names in that support will be displayed.

Note: The first data column will list the Support type by the given tier. The middle data column will display the number of students with a "Need for instruction rating," and the last data column will display the number of students assigned to the given support type/tier combination.

  • The Student List view displays the names of the students who are assigned to active Aperture supports within the indicated Support type and tier.

You can use the 1st dropdown to filter for the students you would like to focus on and the 2nd dropdown to group your students either by Pre-Assessment Descriptive Range or by Post-Assessment Descriptive Range.

Data Grid

  • Click Data Grid on the left-side nav panel

  • Select Edit Columns in the top left

  • Check the box Clear all

  • Under the section Basic Info, select the demographic columns you would like to see to view subgroups

  • Next, scroll down to the Screeners - DESSA section to check the particular DESSA SEL columns you would like to view in your customized grid

  • Select Apply Columns

  • By using filters and sorting the columns, you will be able to see which of your students have completed a SEL Post-Assessment
