Using the dashboard On-track for graduation plan tile
Follow these steps to monitor student progress to graduation using the dashboard view:
Click on Dashboard from the main left sidenav
Click on the On track for graduation plan tile to navigate to the Breakdown view
Use the 2nd dropdown to filter for the students you want to view and the 3rd dropdown to group your students
Hover over each bar in the graph to view the percentage of students falling into the different attendance risk groups
Below the bar graph, review the data in tabular form. Hover over a column header for more information
Click on a row in the table to review the Student list
What does it mean to be on track for graduation?
DOE students have certain credit and Regents requirements in order for them to obtain their High School Diploma.
NYC students are required to have a total of 44 high school credits for graduation. these credits include: 4 ELA, 4 Social Studies, 3 Math, 3 Science 2 Physical Education, 1 Art, 1 LOTE, .5 Health and 3.5 electives.
The DOE's Regents requirements include the completion of 4 Regents exams or Department-Approved alternatives
