Good day! 🌅

In collaboration with the NYC Department of Education, the Portal now integrates a variety of academic screener data. Our goal is to make it easy for you to identify patterns and trends in student performance in key academic areas across screeners, to easily view screener data alongside other key student performance metrics, and to identify students who may need specific attention or support.

This article will provide an overview of the key features available for monitoring i-Ready screener data in the Portal.

Happy exploring! As always, feel free to share your feedback at

Your i-Ready Data

Before diving into features, it may be helpful to know what i-Ready data is available and where it comes from. i-Ready data is provided by Curriculum Associates and sent to us nightly by the NYC DOE. Each day you should expect to see any changes in your i-Ready data from the prior day reflected in the Portal by around 9AM. The Portal includes students' completion date, *scaled score, overall placement, relative placement, progress to typical annual growth, and progress to stretch annual growth. The Portal also includes students' typical growth progress from Fall to Winter, Winter to Spring, and Fall to Spring. This information can be used to understand how much students have growth from one administration to another.

i-Ready Dashboards

The Dashboard highlights key iReady metrics such as the percentage of students' who are on grade level based on the most recent iReady administration and who have reach their typical annual growth target or higher.

To access the Dashboard scroll to the Screeners category to view all of the available Screener Tiles.

Currently you can use these Dashboards to:

  1. Review students progress to typical annual growth (Learn more here)

  2. Identify your students who are are at or above grade level according to the most recent iReady data (Learn more here)

  3. View students who have made at or above 60% growth on their annual typical growth target (Learn more here)

Click a Dashboard Tile to navigate to the Breakdown where you can apply filters and compare metrics across a variety of subgroups - by grade or class, ethnicity, special population status and more.

i-Ready data in the Screeners List

The Screener List view gives you the ability to review the distribution of your students across the most recent relative placement and hone in on specific subgroups of students to quickly identify groups of students who may need additional support.

To access the Screener List click Screeners from the left-side navigation.

Currently you can use the List to:

  1. View the distribution of your students across the most recent relative placement (Learn more here)

Use the drop downs at the top of the page to configure your List by selecting a focus (time period), filter (group of students), and grouping (way to group the students).
