This article will help you understand how to identify which students are mid or above grade level according to the most recent i-Ready benchmark data. Before diving in, be sure to review How to log in to the Portal.

Dashboard View
To view this information:
To access the Dashboard click Dashboard from the Left-side Navigation and scroll to the Screeners category to view all of the available screener tiles
Navigate to the Breakdown view by clicking on the tile, On grade level for i-Ready. Users can choose between i-Ready reading or i-Ready math. Note: This metric is the percent of students who are Early on or Mid or above grade level for the most recent administration period.
Click the 2nd dropdown to filter for the students you would like to focus on, and the 3rd dropdown to group your students
Hover over each bar in the graph to view the percentage of students in each group
Below the bar graph, review the data in tabular form. Hover over a column header for a tooltip to populate with more information
Click on a row in the table to review the Student List to see the students separated into each grouping
Screeners List View
To view this information:
To access the Screener List click Screeners from the Left-side Navigation
Use the first dropdown to focus on i-Ready reading or i-Ready math and select the administration period you would like to view
Click the 2nd dropdown to filter for the students you would like to focus on, and the 3rd dropdown to group your students by Most Recent Relative Placement
Currently you can use the Screeners List View to examine:
Current year to date attendance
The completion date of the screener
The scaled score
Overall placement
Progress on typical annual growth. Note: shows the amount of progress a student has made towards typical growth on the most recent i-Ready assessment. Typical growth is the average annual growth for students at this grade and initial placement level
Progress on stretch annual growth. Note: shows the amount of progress a student has made towards stretch growth on the most recent i-Ready assessment. Stretch growth is an ambitious but an attainable level of annual growth that puts students who are below grade level on a path to proficiency and students who are on grade level on a path to advanced proficiency levels
Students assigned supports. Note: these are supports schools manually entered into the Portal
You can identify the count of students that are mid or above grade level by reviewing the summary on the right side.
Data Grid
From the Dashboard view click the Data grid category on the left side-nav
Select Edit Columns to customize the data you are looking for
Click Clear all to uncheck pre-selected columns and customize your view
Scroll to the Screeners i-Ready category to select i-Ready Most Recent Overall Relative Placement and any other iReady data points you would like to include in your view
When you have finished your customization, click Apply columns
Click the Filter toggle on the right side of the grid to view filtering options
Scroll down to column i-Ready Most Recent Overall Relative Placement
Filter this column for the students who are mid or above grade level by checking only the Mid or Above checkbox
